There are no refunds on any digital products. There are no refunds on tour subscription fees unless your seat can be filled from the waiting list. If your seat can be filled from the waiting list, tour subscriptions will be refunded minus a 10% processing fee. All limited edition merchandise in the merch store is final sale.
